Digital products only
Everything sold on CSS Academy — course access, reading packs, magazines — is digital. No physical goods are shipped, so there is nothing to return.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
How to request a refund
Email access@csswithacsp.com from the address you used to purchase, with your order details. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps by email.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via PayFast within 7-10 business days.
